Is This Patriotism?

“Is This Patriotism?” is a magazine booklet using text from The Declaration of Independence and Robert F. Kennedy’s "A Speech on Race" to shed light on the mistreatment of minorities in America’s history. The style I used throughout is a nod towards Russian Constructivism as it’s both political and was used in mass production, and while the imagery is shocking, it is a reminder that inhumane practices are not a foreign concept but have also happened in this country we call home.
